These are some of my notes in our discussion last action group with Erik disccussing to us the qualities of a team leader by John Maxwell.

Communicative

- Don't isolate or be inclusive
- settle problems or issues within 24 hours
- be quick- if there is an issue. fix it in a proper way
- follow up important communication in writing
- be candid. speak tactfully

Dependable

- pure motives
- check your motives: is it only for your personal good or for the good of others as well.
- responsibility
- do it. fulfill it.
- sound thinking
- good judgment for the team. do what is right
- consistent contribution
- rain or shine. stay as you are.
- discover what your word's worth
- find someone to hold you accountable

Enlarging

- value your team mates
- your respect makes them feel important.
- know their dreams and nourish it.
- find ways to help others improve their talents and attitudes
- make themselves more valuable.
- you need to be a person of value. You cannot give what you don't have.
